SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

After processing, most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–14 business days, although delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Products may be fulfilled from different locations. Therefore, an order containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Maison de Marie is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by customers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If an order is damaged, incorrect, significantly delayed, or appears to be lost, please contact us so that we can assist you in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible merchandise may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Our standard return window is 14 days from delivery for eligible products.

Items must meet the eligibility requirements stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Certain merchandise, including designated final-sale merchandise and other excluded products, may not be eligible for return.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
