Return & Refund Policy

At Maison de Marie, we hope you love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help. Please review the following policy before requesting a return.

Returns

We accept return requests for eligible merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused
In its original condition
Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, stains, or other signs of wear
Returned with all original tags attached
Returned in the original packaging whenever possible

Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied a refund.

All returns must be authorized by Maison de Marie before being sent back. Please do not mail a return to the address shown on your package or to any other address without first receiving return instructions from us.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and other reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Final sale or clearance items marked as final sale
Gift cards
Jewelry
Personalized or custom-made items
Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or are missing their original tags
Bodysuits, shapewear, intimate garments, and similar hygiene-sensitive merchandise that has been opened, worn, or removed from its original sealed packaging

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@shopmaisondemarie.com.

Please include your:

Full name
Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item
Photographs of the packaging, if applicable

We'll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Refunds

Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after a refund is issued for your bank or credit card company to process and post the funds to your account. Processing times are determined by your financial institution and are outside of Maison de Marie's control.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns unless the merchandise arrived damaged, defective, or an incorrect item was sent.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when required by law or when the return is the result of an error by Maison de Marie.

Maison de Marie is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking information until your return has been completed.

Exchanges

At this time, Maison de Marie does not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, you may return the original eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the item you would prefer.

Availability of replacement sizes, colors, and styles cannot be guaranteed.

Order Cancellations & Changes

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible.

If you need to cancel your order or request a change, please contact us at hello@shopmaisondemarie.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or modified once it has been submitted.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Eligible merchandise may instead be returned after delivery in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
